CANCELLATION POLICY

✨𝒞𝒶𝓃𝒸𝑒𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃/ℛℯ𝒻𝓊𝓃𝒹 𝒫𝑜𝓁𝒾𝒸𝓎✨ While we do understand that things come up last minute ,our time is just as valuable as yours. • All appointments must leave a non - refundable booking fee, which must be paid when booking appointments. The booking fee will go towards the remainder of your balance upon checkout. • If the booking fee is not paid upon booking , your appointment will be cancelled. • NO SHOWS will be charged 75% of their services • A 48 hour notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Anything less will result in a charge of a $50 cancellation fee . • After 3 cancellations in a row, you will no longer be allowed to pre-book and regardless of your service you must leave a non refundable deposit and a credit card on file is required to book. *All services are non-refundable. We are committed to ensuring each client is completely satisfied with their experience. If you are not happy with your results, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment or correction to address your concerns. ✨Clothing & Personal Items Policy✨ To keep your experience stress-free, we ask that guests avoid wearing valuable, delicate, or sentimental clothing.
